Youtube Culture & Trends Report is a knotty and academic document - our challenge was to transform it into something engaging, visually dynamic and fun for a broader audience.
Our approach was to turn the report into a vibrant, joyful explainer full of meme references and thumb-stopping gradients. We got the opportunity to collaborate with Airrack - a mega charismatic YouTube creator with 16M+ subscribers, who brought the energy and personality we needed to the presentation of the report.

While from the design standpoint we leaned into YouTube’s secondary palette and created a standout identity that could be applied across both stills and motion.

My role was translating the static designs seamlessly into a motion & VFX universe to create the weird and wonderful world of Culture & Trends.

The project was a massive team effort on behalf of Lucy Hartley, Mark Farinha, Kirsten McKeown, Andy Bennett, Paul Jones, Emma Looby and yours truly.
